During this consult, we will talk about the options you have for your birth preferences. We will go over evidence for each option you have. This consult includes education and a completed birth preferences document.

Spend time with your partner learning comfort measures to help during labor. We will work on hands on comfort measures, affirmations, pressure points, and massage techniques.

BengKung Belly Binding $150
Carlie will come to you, providing the wrap, warming oil, and first application of the wrap. You’ll be given instructions and a tutorial on wrapping. You keep the wrap and warming oil.
